TERMS AND CONDITIONS for Showstoppers on Tour

Session Arrangements
1. The camp session will start and finish at the agreed time. Please ensure your group do their utmost to adhere to these timings. The teacher will not be responsible for staying beyond the time agreed and will handover the children to the host parent.
2. It is not the responsibility of Showstoppers who will be collecting the children in the group. This is to be arranged by the host parent.
3. Any snacks or food that is brought with the child must not contain nuts.
4. All our staff are DBS checked.
5. We recommend that your child/children do not bring any precious items such as jewellery and mobile phones. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal items.


Booking arrangements and payment
1. Booking forms must be completed and submitted through www.theshowstoppersgroup.co.uk and any other correspondence relating to Showstoppers must be made via email to theshowstoppersgroup@outlook.com.

2. Your session(s) is/are only confirmed once we have received the booking form, full payment has been made and we have confirmed their place in writing. 

General Health and Safety
1. An adult is obliged to be present in the house at all times that the session is running.

2. In the event of an emergency we will call to the adult host who is responsible for all emergency contact numbers within the group. 

2. In the event that your child requires medical treatment, including the administration of local anesthetics in any emergency during his/her stay at Showstoppers on Tour, we are entitled to act as we consider necessary. 

3. Children participate at their own risk and are obliged to inform us of any existing  injuries or medical condition on their booking form. 

4. If you do not wish for your child to be photographed/filmed for use on our social media and website please state this clearly on your booking form. 

5. In the case of hot weather, all children are required to have applied sun cream and bring it with them for the session.

6.We do not tolerate under any circumstances any antisocial behaviour, bullying, exclusion or any other behaviour that is deemed disruptive to the other children or staff. If your child is showing signs of the behaviour described, you will be telephoned and your child will not be able to attend Showstoppers on Tour. You will not be refunded.

7. We reserve the right to exclude children from Showstoppers on Tour at our discretion.

Covid-19 related Health and Safety

  1. Government guidelines at the time of the session are to be respected and adhered to at all times including social distance, group size and indoors/outdoors requirements. This includes all children and the teacher.

  2. If anyone in the group displays Coronavirus symptoms, they will be required not to come to he session and anyone showing symptoms during the session will be asked to be collected.

  3. If Social distancing of 2m is required, then children should be made aware of this prior to the session.

  4. If a child needs a plaster or anything else which may require physical contact, it is at the discretion of the teacher whether physical contact is deemed necessary and a mask will be worn when administering.

  5. Subject to the government guidelines at the time of the session, arrangements should be made by the host parent to ensure that there is adequate space to socially distance and the room is sufficiently ventilated.

Liability.

Showstoppers on Tour is by it’s very nature not absolutely free from hazard. Showstoppers makes every effort to minimise risk to participants. Showstoppers only accepts liability for physical injury to a participant that is shown to result from negligence on the part of Showstoppers. You acknowledge that other loss, damage and expense (including without limitation, loss of money, loss or damage to clothes and possessions, losses arising on the cancellation of a booking and the expenses of delay and the harm caused other than by negligence of Showstoppers) however arising is not the responsibility of Showstoppers and Showstopper’s liability is hereby limited.  

Cancellation & Other Circumstances
1. Showstoppers on Tour is non-refundable. In the event that you no longer wish the session to take place, a credit will be given to use on any future showstoppers camp.

2. In the unlikely event that Showstoppers has to cancel the event then any costs already paid by the Client will be refunded in full.
